Far Cry 5. So I'm massive fan of the far cry series and I've already played 5 on PC. I bought it hardcopy for PS4 and I'm having trouble installing it. Even after the PS4 says it's installed, I can play the prologue and as soon as I've finished activating the radio tower the game stops and says it's installing. It has been stuck at 89% for hours.
Seen many different answers but for me, it was plug in controller. Start big picture mode. Settings, controller settings. Make sure playstation support is on. Restart steam. Back to big picture mode. Go to the game, controller settings, and for global configuration settings go to Force off. This is because Far Cry 5 as built in support. Thank Windows 11 has a lot of issues with this game, mostly crashing after hitting certain spots in the campaign at the very beginning. If youve upgraded, open pc settings, go to system, then recovery, click “Go back” and then revert back to windows 10. I dont know if every setup with W11 will crash but if it does, this is likely what the issue is. Believe me, Dimps tried the same, they blocked mods working, even offlinely, they're so jealous of the modding community's skill, so I cried happily as I couldn't stop my LMAO'ing when I overcome their nonsense .
