I think you might find the 41mm is a little too small looking while the 45mm is a little big. Personally I have a 7" wrist and opted for the 45mm, my previous watches were 40mm and 41mm. While they probably look normal sized, to me they look small.
The actual size that is acceptable will of course vary with the size of your wrist. I have about 19.5cm wrists and my dress watch is 38mm with no bezel. I think it could be a mm or to bigger without me minding, but probably not more than 41mm. Nokie said: I have seen guys with white sneakers and dark suit and tie. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the battery. Even with the battery optimizer, my watch life will only last about a day and a half before it needs charging. My other watch could go for about 4=5 days, but I guess the features are worth it. It does charge very quickly though.

Wrist size is individual, the right proportions are universal. Please note: OP41 is not a bigger OP36, it's a different watch. The coronet isn't bigger in proportion, the same for the text on the dial, the hands are out of proportion too. Everything on the dial is unique for the 41 and upsized to fit. Looks great!
