I'm using KDE Connect v1.14.2 on android, which lists a "Contacts Synchronizer" under plugins. My desktop is Kubuntu 20.04, so KDE 5.18.4, kdeconnect 1.4-0. It includes "Contacts" under plugins, described as "Synchronize contacts between the desktop and the connected device." Neither app includes any information on how to use the feature though
